Dance Ball

The prom is one of our favorite events as it is absolutely unique in Varna. Dressed up to the maximum, we spend an evening together with good food, beautiful music and classical dances. Of course, every prom has a special motto!

As there are only a limited number of tickets, they often sell out quickly.

Upcoming Event

Missed the high school prom? You want to have that feeling (and stress) of looking for a dress/suit? Having a partner you are excited to meet that night? One night, yet the feeling of a summer romance! That is now here. We are happy to have our dance ball again this year. All information will follow as soon as everything is organized.  You can look at the general informations beneath to know what to expect.

General Information

  • Registration Process

    We are planning the next Dance Ball at the moment. All the informations will be given as soon as everything is done and ready for You! 

  • Program

  • Dresscode

    The dresscode for our prom is semi-formal, black tie. This prescribes a tuxedo or equivalent outfit for the man and an evening gown for the lady.

    The mask is a mandatory part of the outfit. Without a mask - no entrance.

    If you want to change dresses in between the classical part and the afterparty, please bring them with you and leave them at the wardrobe.

  • Dancing Classes

    This year we are planning to again offer dancing classes for those of you who want to attend the ball but don't have a lot of experience with classical dancing yet. In total there will be two dates for you to participate. Please have look for the dates and location here.


  • Our Corona Regulations

    Participation in the ball is possible only if you meet the immunization requirements in force in the EU. It is best to show a digital proof of vaccination valid in the EU at the entrance. 


    At the time of writing, this means that you should have been vaccinated at least twice and preferably also boostered, have proof of an illness not more than 6 months ago, or have already supplemented a past illness with a subsequent vaccination.


    Alternatively, a test (antigen or PCR) from an official laboratory can be provided. The PCR test must not be older than 48 hours. The antigen test, on the other hand, must be from the same day. 


    PCR and antigen tests can be done at different institutions in Varna (e.g. City Lab). It is important for us that you can present an official confirmation of this institution at the entrance.


    We must point out that if you do not present an immunization or a negative test, we will have to refuse your entry to the ball. A refund can not take place in this case.
